“Here’s Our Story”

The revolution we call the “Internet Era” has started to expand globally in the 90’s. Intel’s first Pentium microprocessor was launched in 1995 and was a big hit.

Today’s computers with terabyte sizes were just over kilobytes back in the day, processing with only two digit megabytes.

We were compelled to use 56k modems while occupying phone lines, struggling for a week just to download one game, in contrast to today’s ınternet speed of 100 megabytes per second.

However, it was impossible not to hear the footsteps of the information systems revolution. NASA Information Systems was established exactly when the computers fundamentally shifted the business structure throughout Turkey and the world.

Founded in 1997, the primary income of the company derived from the sale of consumables. NASA Information Systems had been growing along with information systems revolution, signed its first major contract in 2000. HP Turkey signed its first print and screening contract with NASA Information Systems.

The first decade of 2000 faced economic crisis due to Turkey’s fragile economic structure. Despite those struggles and flexible exchange rates, NASA Information Systems collected the best sales awards, improved its gained trust, and maintained growth.

By 2010, due to customer loyalty, commercial reputation and its expert team, Nasa Information Systems entered the distribution field by becoming TAIWAN’s biggest technology firm D’Link’s Turkey distributor of commercial and final products.

In 2011, the field experience led to NASA Information Systems’ first investment, Exagate brand. Designing and manufacturing the monitoring and power management systems, Exagate is a 100% national brand that is sold all over the world.

In 2012, NASA Information Systems signed the single distributor contract with two major firms. Contracts were signed with Fujifilm to distribute and sell its data storing media products and with ioSafe Company to distribute and sell its natural disaster protected hard disks.

2014 was the year of cooperation with three biggest technology firms for NASA Information Systems. First, IT and IP products distribution contract was signed with China’s globally known firm Huawei. Subsequently, grand printing products (DIMS) sales contract was signed with Canon.

In 2015, at the end of the first year cooperation with Huawei, NASA Information Systems was rewarded with “2014’s Most Successful Distributor” award. Following ongoing collaborations with Huawei, it continued its storage and server solutions in 2019 with Inspur, one of China’s first IT companies. In the following years, Reichle & De-Massari (R&M) was added among his brands to accelerate his work in wiring projects.

Today, in the eve of its 20th foundation anniversary, NASA Information Systems is leading hundreds of projects in private and public sectors with its partners, representing world’s respected brands in Turkey, and maintaining a business understanding based on trust with shareholders, mutual cooperation and constant support.
